1. GREEN FARM PROJECT
The school farm has been extended and is now over 60 acres. Students are taught farming skills and already the food costs of the school are being reduced.
The poultry farm has been developed and there are now 1000 chickens. The eggs and chickens are sold at the local market.
2. GUEST ROOMS
The seven guest rooms have been refurbished and are now an attractive proposition for visitors. This provides a steady income.
3. FIVE NEW CLASSROOMS
These have been built to accommodate the increased numbers of students coming to the school
4. AUDIOLOGY EQUIPMENT
The Supporting Educational Audiologist has been provided with appropriate new equipment to assist with the assessment of hearing and the provision of suitable hearing aids.
5. VOCATIONAL PROGRAMMES
Twenty students were enrolled on a specialist certificated home economics course which will increase their chances of obtaining employment.
