A Message from our Our Patron
I am Patricia Toulson, married with two sons and three grandchildren with a very personal interest in helping children maximise their potential even when coping with severe hearing difficulties. I became deaf in my thirties but my hearing is now greatly improved following cochlear implant surgery so I am excited by the wonderful work happening at St. Joseph’s School to the benefit of deaf children especially in such a poor region of the world.
I will be using every opportunity to raise awareness of St. Joseph’s School whilst promoting my recently published novel ”Inside Out,” which is currently available from Amazon as a paperback and e-book. This was a project I only felt confident to do as a result of the cochlear implant surgery so I realise how important it is for these children to get the best hearing and education possible in order to increase their future prospects.
